Jamaican Breakfast

Jamaicans love breakfast. Its the perfect start to any day. I can remember waking up to the smell of my mom making fried dumpling and chocolate tea. I would go to the kitchen straight from bed and take a few.

Mondays to Fridays it is normally a lighter breakfast but on the weekend it usually a later (9-10am) heavy breakfast. Breakfast Usually consist of
